Nursing Contact Hour Instructions
Once purchased, if you would like to claim nursing contact hours for a particular session, you must complete and return a test and evaluation.
To access the test and evaluation, select the purple "view" button located beside the session name to view the "handouts/test questions" for presentation. When prompted, click on the "Test Questions" link for a downloadable test and evaluation.
Complete the necessary information on the test and evaluation form.
Mail or fax the completed form to AALNC Headquarters at the address below. AALNC Headquarters requests that you return all completed forms in one mailing/submission. Please expect to receive your certificate of completion within 6 weeks.

Note: If you attended a particular session in Tampa at the 2008 National Educational Conference, you will not be eligible to earn duplicate nursing contact hours by listening to it online.
