Mentorship Program

Are you new to legal nurse consulting, and looking for someone experienced to guide you in developing your skills and career? The AALNC Mentorship Program might be a great next step for you!

This year, AALNC accepted 12 novice LNCs into the Mentorship Program Class of 2025. They have been working with a dedicated mentor over the course of the year to hone their skills, network with colleagues, and increase their LNC knowledge.

"When considering the mentorship program, have pre-set goals written down that you have for your LNC business because starting a business can feel overwhelming and frustrating. A mentor can help give you support and clarity on where to focus your efforts. They can also share examples of reports, workflows, billing practices, and client communication. In addition, a mentor can also help you navigate situations you may feel unprepared for and give you the confidence to keep moving forward when you might otherwise feel stuck." - Cindy Wyman, 2025 Mentee
