Deborah Johnson
Deborah is a six-time EMMY Award-winning writer and producer. She has a Masters Degree in Cognitive Psychology and Television Production from the University of Washington, where she studied with nationally recognized expert on eyewitness testimony and memory, Dr. Elizabeth Loftus. She is Certified Practitioner of Human Interaction Technology.
Deborah will be speaking about communication, specifically “how do you show up” using tone, body language, etc., during a deposition, a trial, or when presenting oneself or a case opinion to attorneys.

Confidence + Competence = Clinch the Job! LNC Interviewing Tips and Tricks
The Pre-Forum will be presented by Lisa Mancuso, BSN, RN, CCRN-K, CLCP, LNCC, Beth Zorn, BSN, RN and Attorney Brian Zorn, Esq.
This interactive session is for LNCs interested in honing their interviewing skills. The speakers will discuss the different roles available to nurses working in the legal arena and how to prepare for them so they can demonstrate confidence in interviewing for various LNC roles. They will cover interviewing for expert witness roles and in-house LNC roles, and an attorney will share what attorneys are looking for.
