Shared Interest Group: Co-Chair
We are looking for two AALNC members that would like to Co-Chair the Shared Interest Groups (SIGs), specifcally one for the New/Novice legal nurse consultant group and one for the Report Writing group.
Two Co-Chairs are appointed to each Shared Interest Group discussion board. The co-chair roles play a vital role in fostering meaningful engagement within the SIG platform. They actively encourage participation, spark conversation, and ensure existing posts are thoughtfully moderated. SIG chairs can use one another, AALNC Board members, and AALNC staff as resources during their term.
The main role of the SIG chairs is to foster engagement within the SIG platform, and moderate existing posts.
- Encourage appropriate and engaging conversations
- Reply to new posts if there is not any initial action from the rest of the AALNC Community
- Help to start a conversation once every other week, trading off with your co-chair, if the group is not active
